Vertex M3 - M8 Auto Reverse Tapping Head 1/2" Diameter Shank

Simple reversing tapping head with a 1:1 speed ratio.

For use with drilling machines etc. These tapping attachments utilise closing jaws, therefore no collet is required.

The special clutch device permits smooth drive as well as reverse. It also has a pre-set depth control to minimise tap breakage.

The cushioned drive prevents thread distortion and cross threading.

Covers the range 3 - 8mm.

Supplied on a 1/2" diameter shank.
