Eclipse Radial Pole Magnetic Chuck 100mm Diameter

Radial chucks concentrate the entire magnetism of the chuck into the workpiece, providing a more powerful hold.

Dynamically balanced for use at high rpm.

A through bore (except NR100C) allows ease of location when fixturing and through flushing of coolant during machining.

The top plate is all metal to ensure accuracy and maxiumum coolant resistance, and extra thick to maintain accuracy and give the chuck many years of life, even after frequent regrinding. Additional top plates are available. These can be mounted on top of the chucks and machined to fit a particular workpiece.

Side and end stops are chrome plated for maxium datum accuracy.

Chucks can be partially magnetised to allow ease of part positioning when setting up.

Handles are ergonomically designed  for easy switching and are removable.
